Artist Management, Producer & Marketing
Cheryl's interest and experience in the music arena comes quite naturally. Being the daughter of a professionally trained singer and Founder/CEO of a small advertising agency in Michigan, Cheryl grew up attending rehearsals and performances with her mother (a Colatura Soprano) who's voice could fill 'Ford Auditorium' without a Microphone. Her mother shared the stage with such musical giants as Nat King Cole, Eddie Fischer, Ricky Nelson, Ella Fitzgerald, Tony Bennett and Louis Armstrong. Cheryl's Father, while not a professional musician, was quite a colorful Character. He was the 'King' of entertaining in their neighborhood, a small town on Anchor Bay outside of Detroit.
Coming from 'The Motor City', home of Motown, there was always top musical talent performing in the area, many of whom became family friends. Average get togethers often included several music legends, such as member of 'The Platters' , 'The Drifters' and even the legendary group 'The Ink Spots' - who moonlit as babysitters for 4 months one summer.
Cheryl moved to California, completed her education, and began a very successful sales career, which continued to lead her down the path of working with the Entertainment Industry. She worked with many entertainers, and Television/Motion Picture executives. Through these contacts she met Jerry Corbetta, formally of 'Sugarloaf' (Green Eyed Lady) who was with the group 'The Classic Rock All Stars'. Jerry introduced her to Dennis, who is the bass player for the CRA and the rest as they say is history...
Cheryl and Dennis work side by side on many different projects, Cheryl was always helping with Marketing, Networking, and management of new original projects, and it became a natural progression to handle the business side and began as Artist Manager/Producer.
